I attended the Washington Leadership Conference in Washington DC this summer. I just want to tell everyone that if you have a chance to go to WLC you should go. This was an experience of a lifetime. I met wonderful people and learned a lot about teamwork, problem solving, communication, and all the skills need to be a better leader for our community. We also worked on a Living to Serve Plan for our community. My project that I would like to do consist of cleaning up the City Park in Westmoreland and fixing the Sand Volleyball area in Westmoreland that is up by the swimming pool.
